About Us

The Wotton Times is a rare example of a local success story in modern print journalism: a hyperlocal community-driven monthly paper which aims to give a voice to a part of the Cotswolds which often finds itself overlooked by larger media outlets.

Set up in 2018 the focus of the paper is to offer something different to regional news, publishing stories that matter to our readers. The team is comprised of publisher Jan Baber, editor Simon Hacker, photographer Matt Bigwood and graphic designer Jason Titley.

Our success shows that there is still an appetite for local print journalism, and that hopefully there will be for some time to come.
